birth doula

A Doula is a person who provides emotional and practical support to a woman (or couple), before, during and after childbirth. A doula believes in "mothering the mother", by encouraging, praising and reassuring her.

Doulas are caregivers, listeners and someone to rely on.

More than doing, a doula is about being. Being there for the mother and father. Being a sensitive and intuitive person, who can feel compassionate about the parents-to-be and give them continuous emotional and practical support.

3 antenatal meetings
on-call period: from 38 weeks onwards
will be with you during labour and birth of your baby
will be with you for a few hours after baby is born to ensure a good start with breastfeeding
1 postnatal visit
unlimited calls, text messages and emails (even after baby is born)

Package 2:

6 antenatal meetings
on-call period: from 38 weeks onwards
